1. No Returns or Refunds
All items purchased from Dream Closet are non-returnable and non-refundable. We recommend that you carefully review the product details, sizes, and descriptions before completing your purchase to ensure satisfaction.
2. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed as your order will be in the processing stage.

3. Damaged Items Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer a refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:
- You must provide a clear, unedited video of the package being opened, showing any damage present.
- The video must clearly show the item and packaging in the state it arrived in.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item to report the issue.
4. Return Shipping for Damaged Items
If we approve a return for a damaged item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. We will review the return and, if applicable, provide a refund or replacement once the item has been received.
Additional Notes:
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
- Refund Processing: Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Important Information for PhonePe Payments:
- Refunds for Damaged Items: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, including PhonePe payments.
- Cancellation via PhonePe: If your order is canceled within 24 hours, the refund will be processed via PhonePe to the account used during payment. After 24 hours, cancellation will not be processed.
